My new toy - KENWOOD Major Titanium Mixer KM040

I've being start learn to bake a year ago. Why? Just because of my little girl. She loves so much pao, mantou, cookies, biscuits etc. 

As I am totally new in baking, so I started to search for baking tools. 

These are my 1st source of electric oven and stand mixer. Both are my good helpers in baking. With them, I successfully bake few types of cookies, cup cake, muffin, chiffon cake, butter cake etc. (some as shown below)

However, a year later, I found the Cornell Oven starting get rust at its inner body, I feel upset, as its life time is only abt a year.. being advice by most of friends that rusty inner body may not harm to baking, as it is heat with high temperature. But, I still feel uncomfortable with the rusty inner body. Thus, I stop for a while to do baking with oven. So, I concentrate more to steam mantou. Initially, I start kneading mantou dough with hand, but I felt it is not easy and very tired, thus I tried once to knead dough for mantou making. It was great with the 1st tried of making dough, but abt time for me to switch off the mixer after well knead the dough, it has stop suddenly. Oh, no .. bad smell from the mixer. It had spoil. My lovely mixer that accompany me for baking time about 1 year period had sacrificed. I believe I had over used it.

Both of my baking partner continually sacrificed just after 1 year life span.I am so sad...:( But, my girl loves so much my baking. In order not to disappoint my sweet heart, I started to search for a better new brand mixer. After sometimes searching, I found most of the better power with better quality mixer are expensive. Tentatively, I found Kenwood mixer, I love the design, I love the power which it is definitely allow me to knead dough for pao &  mantou, and again, the design of the mixer is so elegant! But, it is pricey, at RM4K+. Cool, is totally out of my budget! How? But I am sure, I've falling in love to it! Finally, I able to get a very special price from a electrical shop - Weng Heng. I've got it at RM3K, which is cheaper abt 30% compare to other electrical store.

Dadada ~~~ this is my new kitchen toy! Kenwood Major Titanium, Model KM040, 1500W. Compare to my previous mixer which was only 240W, it is awesome and much more powerful with  timer for better timing monitoring. Really have fun with the Kenwood mixer! It is great, I LOVE IT! My girl love this so much too, as this mixer is quiet with not much noise even beating in high speed :P! Thus, she likes to have fun together during baking session with me!
